Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Aurélle is cruelty-free — we never test on animals, anywhere in the world, and the majority of our range is vegan. Each product page notes whether that formula is vegan.

Are Aurélle products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many are. Our formulas are fragrance-free where possible and dermatologist-tested. We always recommend patch-testing a new product and checking the ingredient list if you have known sensitivities.

How do I choose the right foundation shade?

Our Pure Mineral Foundation comes in 40 shades. Use our online shade finder, or email us a photo in natural light and our team will help you match.

Where are your products made?

All Aurélle products are formulated in our own lab and manufactured in the EU under strict quality and safety standards.

Do you offer refills?

Yes. Around 80% of our range is refillable or comes in recyclable packaging. Refills are available for select products and ship in minimal, recyclable materials.

How long until I see results?

It depends on the product. Hydration is immediate, while active treatments like vitamin C typically show visible results within 8–12 weeks of consistent use.
