Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how we ship your order and how to return it if something isn’t right.

Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all orders over €50.
• Standard shipping (€4.95) — 3–5 business days.
• Express shipping (€9.95) — 1–2 business days.
• Orders are processed within 1 business day; you’ll receive tracking by email.

Where we ship

We currently ship across the EU and the UK. International shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties on international orders.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened products can only be returned if faulty.

1. Email returns@aurelle-beauty.com with your order number to start a return.
2. We’ll send a prepaid return label (for EU/UK orders).
3. Pack the items securely and drop off at your nearest carrier point.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@aurelle-beauty.com and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you’d like.
